Group Practices

 

Practices are held on the Schuylkill River at two locations:

1. The Schuylkill Beach (Click Here for Directions) near the just upstream of the Adaptive Sports Center parking lot on the 1200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive near the intersection with Black Road, or

​

2. Flat Rock Park at 122 River Rd. in Gladwyne.

We also host weekend ocean practices that launch from the Brigantine Beach Rowing Club at 598 Bayshore Ave. Brigantine, NJ.

We hold morning, evening, and weekend practices and these are announced on TeamSnap. We’re mindful of water conditions for practices and frequently check river discharge via the USGS gage Station, and the water quality via the PhillyRiverCast
